Rushed placing my order because I needed these boots 2 days before ordering them and went by Amazons “Fit-True to size. Order usual size.” just above the price in the header.I ordered “usual size” 8.5 and got like a 9.5 or 10. So per CEBU sizing, if I had measured my foot on a piece of paper, which measures 10”, I would have ordered the correct size, 7.5.The boots come with 2 pairs of insoles so I figured I could double them up with a thick pair of socks but they’re still HUGE and almost unbearable to work 10hrs/day in and pose a safety risk. I’ve already tripped twice hitting the ground once.Do yourself a favor and follow CEBUs sizing instructions to get a pair that fit properly and I’m sure you’ll be happy with your purchase. Really wanted to Love these.I bought these instead of rubber muck boots. They are less expensive than rubber boots, much higher quality, and much more comfortable. I've never had a pair of rubber boots I liked, so I'll probably never buy another pair of them. These I like, but I do feel a little bad about the prospect of getting manure on them because they look so nice.Amazon lists these as running true to size. There is even a notification on the listing page that says I have ordered size 10.5 in other shoes and boots, so I should order 10.5 this time too; so I ordered the 10.5. When these came in they were sloppy too big. I returned them and ordered a 9.5 and they fit well. I am used to my boots being a little snug at first and then breaking in over a day or two but these weren't snug at all. I was worried about that and thought that I should go down to a 9, but the length on the 9.5 was just right and I didn't want to worry about my toes hitting the ends, so I went with the 9.5. They are naturally very wide. I have flat feet and normally wear a D or DD in boots. These didn't specify a width but are at least that.After a day wearing them, they fit well and are very comfortable. They fit better with thicker socks than they do with thinner ones. I've only had them for a day and have only worn them inside so far, but they are quickly winning me over. It feels like they are actually snugging down to my feet. The more I wear them the better they fit. They feel a little more like sneakers as time goes on, and that new leather smell is all around me. It smells like I am in a saddle shop everywhere I go.The only thing I might ding them on is that they seem to really love their logo, because it is ALL OVER these boots. There are fully SEVEN brightly visible logos on each boot, NOT counting the sole, which makes eight. That's FOURTEEN highly visible CEBU logos below my knees when I'm wearing these boots, though four of them on each boot are covered by my pants when I am standing up.I'm not the kind of guy who likes big logos plastered all over his clothes so if CEBU is taking customer feedback, I'd lean toward being a little less shouty about "CEBU!", but the boots are comfortable and do look great otherwise.Was really happy to receive the product after reading so many glowing reviews, only to be met with boots that have peeled leather on the pull tabs, scratches at multiple places on the boot, creasing in several places before I even tried the boots on, and even the "Shark Shield" on the front has some minor damage all straight out of the box. The shoe itself also states that it is Steel Toe on the store page, the box, tag on the boot, and inside both of the boots on the tag. Neither of the boots were steel toe, not sure what is going on there. The fit was nice and snug and walking around for about 3 minutes was great, but with the issues straight out of the box for $120+, it's not acceptable.Update:Contacted support and Francisco from Cebu took my picture to address quality issues. Francisco also issued a full refund for my troubles and requested that I keep the product. Three star boot, Five star customer support. WOW.Work 12hr days in these boots. Comfortable, good quality and they look good. Will def buy another pair.This style is perfect but the other style i purchase was not as well manufactured had a problem getting them on both pair first right then the left.. but this style bought 3 pair and all was great no problemThese are very heavy duty, well made boots. Aside from running wide and large, they are by far, a great value. I managed to put a slice in the top of ankle area but gorilla glued it.Bulky boot… heavier than I was looking for.. feels like heel edge will rub and cause blisters after a long day.
