So, here we go, I am NOT going to compare these with a $200+ work boots, while these are very good, I am not ready to compare them to my heavy duty ones... but, these have a place in many jobs... I use mine for 8+hrs a day, I do utility work, so most days, is rough terrain and lots of walking...If you need some for really heavy duty work or electrical work, well, you do what you need to...but for many people that work requires safety shoes, but you KNOW is very rare that you will drop a really heavy load on your feet, these are priced great.Pros:+ These are real leather...not some imitation "Corinthian Leather"+Soles are very grippy, and soft enough to absorb good shock even with the included insoles (see below for negative) They grip the road and floors very good, great for Motorcycle riders!+Extremely light, yeah, if it was not for one of the negatives, I could wear these all day zero issues+Super supportive even for a slip on bootNot Con...but you need to know... they fit tight, I wear 12 I order these in 13 as I order most of my work boots, and like most work boots, one size up, they fit right, and better with insoles...Cons: Yeah, I get it, these are sub $70 work boots, but the insole.... might as well they should have just not put one, you will need a new one in ONE DAY, yup, the insole is not even trying to be supportive foam, is just...foam, in less than 2 hours you will feel everything.... but, for around $10 you can get a very good pair of heavy duty insoles from many brands, and everything is fixed... that is why no 5 stars, the insole is beyond bad... if these last me 6 months, they will be worth it as I change $200 work boots every 6 months anyway.Im not adding a photo or anything else.+-For workLasted 9 month for me as a iron worker 6days a week. Well worth the moneyThe boot is made extremely cheap, extremely uncomfortable, I can feel every rock going through to sole becausethe rubber is so soft. There is no way the picture on the box is true with then walking on nails... also far from slip resistant. I accidentally fell walking on some wet steel sheets of metal on the ground at work. I'm not happy about my purchase but I guess I have to deal with it since I took a risk buying a cheaper boot. The asthetics of the boots is what drawed me in to buying them. Opps..Maybe I shouldn't expect much out of a very cost efficient boot, but I was still disappointed. I work on a ship, more of a supervisory role than a down in the bilge role but there are a lot of steps/standing in a day. Bought these in January, by the next month the boot started cracking, by July the sole was separating from the boot. Maybe 6 months is the standard for a boot that experiences a lot of walking but I'm already trying to replace it.Felt too plastic. Was very slippery in oil and felt like they would crack with water
