Years ago I bought a similar shoe - the larger bottom MaryJane style that I keep reading is discontinued, which I love but the pair is showing wear. This pair is a very comfortable shoe, very light, easy off-on due to the velcro strap and perfect for my workouts. This style is not as cushioned as my original pair which I could wear all day and my feet wouldn't feel at all tired. I wouldn't wear these all day but they are great for workouts.I get these shoes wet a lot so maybe that is the reason but these shoes are starting to fall apart. I think the regular running LIV shapeups actually held up better. I would buy these again though. I really wish skechers had not discontinued this line! These shoes are pretty worn now and I had to buy arch support for them... but I definitely find these the best work shoes. They are lighter than the other shapeups.This pair of shoes did not work for me. I own three pair of Sketcher Liv Blissful Mary Jane style shoes that I have LOVED. They are wearing out and I need new ones. I thought these shoes were the same. I absolutely have to have the rocker soles due to osteoarthritis . This style is much stiffer with hard leather on the top instead of the mesh fabric on the Blissful style. Not breathable and also the actual style is old lady looking in my mind! Also the stiff sides rub on my ankles where as the Blissful style is cut lower and doesn't rub.i wish Sketchers would have the Liv Blissful style in more colors. I also wish Sketchers had more of a choice in the rocker sole style. There are many of us arthritis suffers that need this!Been wearing Skechers since they hit the market & have never been disappointed. After surviving 3 brain strokes & 1 TIA, I have gait & balance issues. Skechers rocker bottom shoes are the only shoe that helps me stay balanced. These are very comfortable w/good quality leather. I put them on & just 'go', no break-in period needed. I purchased a pair of MBT Women's Tunisha Casual Mary Janes at the same as these & they're going back. Nothing beats Skechers for comfort, quality & price. ROCK ON SKECHERS!!!Feel good but after 8+ hours on my feet, feet are still achy. Haven't yet found shoes that give that type of timed comfort. Have a very narrow heal and hoped these would cup my heal but like all other shoes, had to put inserts to minimize the slippage.Didn't realize that I have had them this long. since 2014. Most comfortable and the ones I wear when I first get up in the morning and when I get home from work and off my feet. Just wish Amazon carried them again....they are awesome but NOT at the price the 3rd party is selling them for.I wear a brace on my left foot, and I had hoped that these shoes, while no 'wide' because of the strap that could be adjusted, would fit. Unfortunately they don't comfortably fit my left foot. The right foot is great and it is a very comfortable shoe there.The sole of this shoe is great--nicely textured and sturdy but comfortable. The bad thing is that they put a plastic/naugahyde top on these nice soles. The shoe is cheap looking and looks as though it would be very hot to wear. It also runs large. Too ugly.
